a) Basic to working knowledge of E&E system components, system integration support, and vehicle-level application. Exposure to INCA & GARUDA tools is preferable.
b) Working knowledge of electrical systems and support in architecture integration activities involving ECU, sensors, and related components.
c) Exposure to common rail system integration, LIN‑based alternator integration, engine start‑stop logic, and Li‑ion battery systems at a support or execution level.
d) General understanding of vehicle sub‑systems to support interface definition and system integration activities.
e) Basic knowledge of vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and PWM.
f) Exposure to INCA & GARUDA for basic parameter checks, data observation, and preliminary fault identification.
g) Awareness of generator homologation requirements and ability to support related compliance activities.
h) Ability to interact with cross‑functional teams (CFT) and support senior engineers during system integration to meet Quality, Cost, and Time objectives.
i) Basic understanding of E&E systems used in the Telecom sector.
j) Support the release of technical specifications to suppliers for assigned components or systems under guidance.
k) Assist in component and vehicle‑level validation by preparing and executing test cases to ensure product quality.
l) Support cost optimization initiatives and participate in IMCR / VAVE activities while adhering to quality requirements.
m) Exposure to field failure analysis, assisting in analysis of reported issues and implementation of corrective actions.
n) Working knowledge of BOM structure and component-level details.
o) Demonstrates problem‑solving capability within assigned work scope and exposure to quality tools such as DFMEA, basic QC tools, and design reviews.
p) Basic familiarity with DFA, DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T concepts.
q) Proficient in standard PC tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with basic exposure to tools like Access or EPLAN.
r) Exposure to field failure handling processes, including RCA, CAPA, and implementation support.
