Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Primavera P6 Planner for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Planner will be responsible for creating detailed project schedules, monitoring project progress, and updating timelines using Primavera P6. Responsibilities also include collaborating with project teams to identify risks, resource requirements, and critical project tasks, as well as generating reports to provide insights to stakeholders. This role requires meticulous planning and the ability to forecast potential project challenges to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and familiarity with Gantt charts, critical path methods, and resource loading.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data, monitor progress, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction, teamwork, and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Prior experience in project planning for industries such as construction, energy, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; certifications in Primavera P6 or project planning are a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities
