Job Title - Project Manager – Site Build Out



Location - Pune



Reports to - Site Lead India 




Role Description:  



We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who plans and drives the execution of setting up a new office in Pune. This will include working with multiple stakeholders across the organization and across supplier ecosystem.




Key Responsibilities: 



  • Work with project team plan and execute new site build out.
  • Establish governance and cadence for build out with relevant and required stakeholders.
  • Facilitate multiple meetings internally and externally with suppliers.
  • Report and communicate in relevant forums internally about progress, risk, issues and their resolution.
  • Establish reporting rhythm and cadence for project.
  • Facilitate review meetings with senior leadership members, ensuring actionable outcomes and follow-up 
  • Track and analyze cost performance against budget, identifying variances and underlying drivers 
  • Build strong relationships across all organizational levels to facilitate smooth project execution 

Experience required: 



Requirements: 



Essential Qualifications: 



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in project management in facilities set up or related projects
  • Should have experience and expertise of office management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dealing with vendors / partners 
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills 
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels 
  • Results driven, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications: 



  • MBA or professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) 
  • Experience in building / facility management 
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
