Job SummaryThis role is responsible for managing and driving multiple cross-functional programs, including customer-driven new product development initiatives and strategic product programs across the region. The position plays a critical role in ensuring successful execution through structured project management processes (GP3), while balancing customer expectations and internal stakeholder alignment. The Program Manager leads complex programs spanning multiple projects and ensures delivery of defined business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects under a program from initiation to completion.
- Drive customer-led programs through structured project management processes (e.g., GP3).
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules; track and report progress against goals.
- Manage customer expectations during new product development and ensure alignment with internal teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and overall financial performance.
- Facilitate project planning sessions and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead problem-solving efforts and drive resolution of complex project challenges.
- Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Coach and guide project team members and other project managers; provide performance feedback.
- Leverage internal and external resources effectively to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) required.
- Additional certifications may be required for compliance with export controls or regulatory requirements.
