POSITION SUMMARY: End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at distinct phases from sale to delivery · Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors · Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection · Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems, and manage to resolution.
· Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications · Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues · Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project · Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of project.
· Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reprovals, quota reports, field reports…etc.
· Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolve them; escalating as appropriate.
· Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting.
· Validation and preparing of data deliveries · Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects · Build and maintain successful client relationships.
· Work in accordance with the SOP's of company.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.
Computer Skills: · Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
