Responsibilities:
  • Develop overall project execution strategy in alignment with client objectives.
  • Prepare detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with client, consultants, and stakeholders to finalize project requirements.
  • Review and validate feasibility studies, design briefs, and budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
  • Ensure designs comply with statutory regulations, codes, and client requirements.
  • Review and approve drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Identify design gaps and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities and site operations.
  • Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor resource utilization and productivity at site
  • Develop and track project schedules (baseline, revised, recovery plans).
  • Monitor progress against milestones and take corrective actions.
  • Identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely completion within defined timeline.
  • Enforce safety standards and compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
  • Identify project risks (technical, financial, schedule).
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between client and project team.
  • Provide regular updates through meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage snagging, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure defect rectification and final quality checks.
  • Facilitate final handover, occupancy certificates, and close-out documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering
  • Minimum 20 years’ experience with Buildings projects.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience at similar capacity with High Rise projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage project and deadline simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills when working with international teams.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
