Role description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Central Project Management team.
This role is critical in supporting project managers by ensuring robust financial management, effective scheduling, and accurate reporting across multiple projects.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in monitoring project performance, identifying potential risks, and delivering actionable insights to maintain alignment with business objectives.
This position also enables senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities by driving operational efficiency within the Central Project Management framework.
Role accountabilities: Monitor and track project budgets, expenditures, and overall financial performance to ensure effective cost control Develop, maintain, and regularly update project schedules in coordination with project managers Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to financials, timelines, and resource constraints Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, highlighting key variances Support resource planning and allocation to enhance project efficiency and delivery outcomes Ensure adherence to organizational policies, standards, and project management best practices Assist in forecasting and financial analysis to support informed decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and strengthen governance processes Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior leadership Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; advanced knowledge of Power BI is preferred Why Arcadis?
