Project Role Description : Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

They have a strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, enabling effective financial planning and performance monitoring. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for projects and portfolios
- Develop and maintain CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Perform rolling forecasts and trend analysis to anticipate financial risks and opportunities
CAPEX & OPEX Reporting and Variance Analysis
- Prepare and analyze CAPEX and OPEX reports, including actuals vs budget/forecast variance analysis
- Identify, investigate, and explain variances, ensuring accurate financial interpretation
- Reconcile financial transactions across systems to ensure data integrity and compliance
Data Collection, Analysis & Systems Integration
- Collect and validate operational and financial data from SAP (front end and back end systems)
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across multiple systems
- Partner with cross functional teams to resolve data gaps, discrepancies, and reporting issues
Stakeholder Management & Decision Support
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for the management team
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries
-Support leadership with data driven insights to enable business and investment decisions
Controls, Documentation & Process Excellence
- Document work in progress and completed activities in accordance with defined procedures and controls
- Ensure adherence to financial protocols, compliance requirements, and accepted accounting practices
- Continuously review outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
Operating in a Fast Paced Environment
- Successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, multi company environment
- Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and discipline in execution
- Professional & Technical Skills:
Finance & Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
- Hands on experience with CAPEX & OPEX reporting and analytics
- Strong understanding of end to end financial processes and project financials
Systems & Tools
- High proficiency in SAP (financial modules, reporting, data extraction)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial models, variance analysis)
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools is a plus
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong ability to present financial data to senior management and interpret insights effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
-Ability to communicate clearly with finance and non finance audiences

- Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / equivalent qualification
- 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Business Finance
-Prior experience in large enterprises or consulting environments preferred
