You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Finance is a Global team tasked with supporting Finance processing requests across various regions.
Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to the Finance Team and business across from various regions.
The role will be performed within the frame of Corteva’ s Brand values:
Job responsibilities
- Proficiency in Accounts Payables global process and applications.
- Understand the project scope and complete assigned tasks and produce deliverables that contribute to the overall project objectives.
- Flexible with working hours - Should be available as per region go-live time zone.
- Participate in project workshops and ensure all process requirements been thoroughly defined and work with IT team to ensure we build sophisticated system with more standard process for Accounts Payables.
- Maintain comprehensive records to raise process risks, issues, and dependencies. Prepare project reports and update project leaders time to time.
- Prepare Test scripts as per design and Coordinate with other workstreams to ensuring AP related scripts are inculcated in End-to-End scripts.
- Work with Test coordinators, IT consultants, and Testers. also, demonstrate techno-functional and subject matter expertise to solve problems and complete testing within the deadlines.
- Responsible for Data Migration Activities - Vendor master and Open items from legacy to target systems.
- Work with Security team to define AP End user’s roles.
- Prepare Cutover tasks to ensure system readiness for go-live.
- Prepare training documentation and conduct training sessions for End users.
- Post go-live support to ensure smooth handover of process to operations teams. Excellent communication skills - oral and written.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and AP best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts for reporting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
