Labcorp is seeking a Programmer I to join our team at Yeswanthpur in Bengalore, Karnataka, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

Monday – Friday – Hybrid-2nd Shift -  2pm-11pm




Job Responsibilities



 Key Responsibilities of the Role



  • Develop enterprise applications using advanced PHP and frameworks like symphony, Java/.NET or equivalent object-oriented technologies.
  • Build responsive front-end applications using Angular, React or similar frameworks.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Develop cloud-native applications using AWS or Azure services
  • Review code and provide technical guidance
  • Document technical designs and application architecture
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture and IT standards
  • Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Operations and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. 
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards and coding best practices.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
  • Build secure, scalable and high-performing REST APIs and distributed applications.
  • Support DevSecOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Product Development teams.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, reusable components, and best practices
  • Participate in Agile development and product lifecycle management
  • Enable AI/automation-led solutions across reporting, workflow, and operations

Minimum Qualifications



• Bachelor’s degree in information technology




Preferred Qualifications



• 8 or more years of enterprise application development experience.



• Bachelor’s degree in computer science




Additional Job Standards



• Strong experience in Java, PHP, Spring Boot, .NET or equivalent technologies.



• Experience developing modern web applications using Angular or React and Backend: Spring Boot / .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices



• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and database: SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL



• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.



• Strong understanding of system integration, data workflows, and API design and integration patterns.



• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.



• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.



• Strong hands-on experience in full stack engineering + architecture design, including design, develop, implement and enhance enterprise software products:
