We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join the Trustworthy Shopping Experience Operations Analytics Team.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive analytical program delivery across TSE Ops Programs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational excellence and customer experience.
• Lead process standardization and improvement initiatives aligned to business goals, utilizing data-driven methodologies and promoting continuous improvement across all organizational levels.
• Analyze operational risks, friction points, and performance gaps to develop scalable, prevention-focused solutions.
• Champion AI-first initiatives by leveraging GenAI capabilities to accelerate insights generation, automate reporting workflows, and enhance decision speed.
• Program manage roadmap development, risk mitigation strategies, and automation opportunities in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Intelligence Engineers and Product teams to support data and metrics readiness for tools convergence projects
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, delivering insights and progress reports to leadership on a frequent basis.
A day in the life
As a Program Manager in TSE Operations Analytics, you'll orchestrate cross-functional initiatives driving operational excellence across TSE (Trustworthy Shopping Experience) Operations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements, establish success metrics, and ensure alignment between business objectives and analytical solutions. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics programs—from scoping and roadmap planning to implementation and adoption—while coordinating with Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers and Business Analysts to translate complex operational challenges into scalable data-driven solutions.
You will leverage GenAI capabilities, and facilitate data-driven decision-making that enhance team productivity, quality, and customer experience across global operations.
About the team
We are a dynamic analytics team within TSE (Trustworthy Shopping Experience) Operations, combining Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Program Managers. Our mission is two-fold: protecting customers from unsafe or non-compliant products while enabling sellers to grow their businesses confidently on Amazon. We build scalable BI solutions and data-driven insights that streamline compliance processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the seller experience.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
