"The Electrical Sector Americas is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the deployment and scaling of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) across the Americas. This role is critical to improving execution predictability, on time delivery, and throughput across complex, multi site programs.

"Key Responsibilities
CCPM Deployment & Execution
• Lead the end to end deployment of CCPM across Electrical Sector programs and portfolios in the Americas.
• Standardize and embed CCPM practices (buffer management, resource synchronization, flow based execution).
• Provide schedule-informed recommendations to Program Managers throughout project execution.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Partner with program teams to improve schedule reliability and delivery performance.
Portfolio Governance
• Establish portfolio level CCPM governance, metrics, and review mechanisms.
• Drive consistent buffer health reporting and execution transparency for leadership reviews.
• Highlight systemic constraints and enable data based prioritization and decision making.
Cross Functional Leadership
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and PMO teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
• Align CCPM with existing Lean, CI, and PMO frameworks.
• Act as a thought partner to leadership on recovery plans and execution risks.
Change Management & Capability Building
• Coach and mentor program and project managers on CCPM principles and application.
• Develop training, playbooks, templates, and digital enablement to scale adoption.
• Drive mindset shift from traditional scheduling to flow based, constraint focused execution."



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/ Master Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution required
12+ years of experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management



Skills:

• Practical experience with Critical Chain Project Management or constraint based execution models
• Proven Leadership skills - capability to lead change across multiple sites and customers globally.
• Fully demonstrating to proficient in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools"

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
