Join the GSF Last Mile team as a Program Manager. As Program Manager you will be responsible for implementing various process improvement project which will help driving operational performance in a highly metric driven environment. viz. Quality, Cost and Delivery. The role will support three business lines: Amazon Fresh including UFF (Ultra-Fast Fresh) and 3P Hybrid stores network, Sub Same Day (SSD) and Amazon Now (Quick Commerce). Each business line serves distinct customer needs operating across different delivery speed tiers and fulfillment models
Basis the nature of the business and charter, the team will work on key pillars of (a) Reducing upstream and OOR defects (b) Implementation of new product initiatives (c) Driving cost saving projects and d) Improving on initiatives which will drive automation. Defining input and output metrics around the key pillars, setting up path to greens and achieving the milestones will be the program managers responsibility.

1. Ability to utilize exceptional problem solving and communication skills to influence operations and business stakeholders
2. Deep dive on daily operational metrics, identify gaps and suggest long term actions to meet organizational goals
3. Execute strategic plans on ground in collaboration with other stakeholders
4. Lead or contribute in national level projects on quality improvement/ operational excellence/ cost optimization
5. Invent and Simplify work flows to build process automation and Hands of the Wheel approach with partner teams
6. Earn trust with partner teams to execute routine and unique tasks more efficiently
About the team
IN GSF Last Mile team supports three business lines: Amazon Fresh (including Ultra-Fast Fresh [UFF] and 3P Hybrid stores network, Sub Same Day, and Amazon Now (quick commerce). Amazon Fresh offers full basket service (daily essentials including Produce and Perishables) through UFF sites and 3P Hybrid retail partnerships. Sub Same Day specializes in local fulfillment via Same day delivery with 2 & 4-hour delivery windows. Amazon Now supports 10-25 minutes delivery of everyday essentials including groceries, electronics, OTC, and household consumables.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
