Job description

We are seeking a Program Manager to own and scale our high-priority creator monetization Program within Amazon's Creator Success team. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of creator partnerships, brand collaboration, and agency management—responsible for end-to-end program operations that connect brands with creators to deliver measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong program management fundamentals, deep understanding of influencer marketing, creative thinking and storytelling capabilities, and the ability to navigate a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders across Amazon Marketing, Amazon Ads, agency partners, and creator networks.
Key job responsibilities
1. Program Operations & Execution
- Own end-to-end operations for the managed creator monetization program, including agency coordination, creator onboarding, campaign briefing, content execution, and performance tracking
- Build and optimize scalable processes for creator management, content review, approval workflows, and campaign execution across categories (Fashion, Beauty, Tech, Home) and formats (social posts, videos, livestreams)
- Coordinate across internal teams (Creator Success, Amazon Ads, Category Marketing) and external partners (agencies, creators, brands) to ensure seamless program delivery
2. Brand & Agency Partnership Management
- Manage relationships with agency partners to drive creator sourcing, campaign briefing, and delivery at scale
- Collaborate with brand partners and Amazon Ads account teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling creator briefs and content strategies
- Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure brand safety standards are maintained across all creator partnerships
3. Performance Management & Insights
- Lead performance reporting and monitoring—generating insights and actionable recommendations for brand partners on views, engagement, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Track program health metrics including creator adoption, campaign velocity, brand satisfaction, and revenue attainment
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities and scale best practices
4. Strategic Program Development
- Serve as the internal champion for managed creator monetization—socializing the offering across Marketing and Ads teams, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement
- Track industry trends in creator commerce and branded content; make recommendations to improve program design, creator experience, and competitive positioning
- Identify opportunities to expand the program to new categories, formats, and creator tiers
5. Creator Enablement
- Partner with Creator Success BD teams on tiered engagement strategies for managed publishers and high-performing influencers
- Develop creator education materials, campaign guidelines, and best practices to drive quality and performance
- Evaluate and implement incentive structures to drive creator participation and content quality

- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 2+ years of generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycle experience
- 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programing experience
