About the role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Intern to join our Data Operations Team.
In this role, you will own and drive data management pipeline across internal and external stakeholders – ensuring that data for every project is tracked in a timely basis and stored in a structured format that supports continuous model training.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI, Software, and Hardware teams, coordinating with external and internal data operations teams.

Key Responsibilities ● Coordinate data pipeline operations spanning collection, preparation, annotation, post-processing, and cloud synchronization, ensuring seamless handoffs across each stage ● Manage relationships with external vendors and onboard new vendors, including US-based and India-based agencies, for collection and annotation to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables ● Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams – including AI/ML, Software, and Hardware – to identify data requirements, prioritize tasks, and align timelines ● Track and report on metrics such as throughput, quality scores, turnaround times, and bottlenecks; prepare weekly/monthly status reports and dashboards for leadership review ● Maintain data integrity and consistency throughout the pipeline by establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling, naming conventions, and version control ● Proactively identify risks, blockers, and process inefficiencies in the data pipeline; propose and implement process improvements to optimize speed, cost, and quality ● Document processes, workflows, and best practices to build institutional knowledge and enable smoother onboarding for future team members.
Required Qualifications and Skills ● Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
● Genuine curiosity about AI/ML ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills ● Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas using data and present them effectively through verbal and written channels ● Proactive attitude; you don't wait to be told what to do next ● Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment ● Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.
) to create quick visualizations, tracking mechanisms and automations ● Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
SQL is a plus ● Prior internship or project experience in project coordination, data operations, or vendor management is a plus Skills You Will Develop ● End-to-end data pipeline management for physical AI agents, with the opportunity to see the impact of your contributions in production.
