Technical Program Management is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of complex, cross‑team technical initiatives, ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved through strong execution discipline, technical fluency, and effective governance.
TPMs operate at the intersection of engineering, product, architecture, and operations, translating strategy into executable plans while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery health at scale.
Deliver complex technical programs predictably by aligning teams, architecture, and execution through standardized frameworks, metrics, and governance—while enabling agile and flexible delivery.
Own delivery of multi‑team, multi‑dependency technical programs
Drive milestones, timelines, and outcomes across platforms and products
Ensure alignment to architectural direction and modernization goals
People Management experience required.
Identify and actively manage cross‑team and cross‑portfolio dependencies
Surface delivery, architectural, and operational risks early
Drive mitigation plans and escalation through governance forums
Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Security
Ensure programs adhere to standards, patterns, and target state architecture
Enable modernization efforts (e.g., platform, cloud, DevOps, automation)
Apply standardized delivery frameworks and cadence
Provide clear, data‑driven reporting on status, risks, and health
Support release governance, readiness reviews, and decision forums
Support agile execution while maintaining program‑level discipline
Balance flexibility with consistency across teams and domains
Enable teams to deliver independently within defined guardrails
Integrated program plans and milestones
