Program Associate

As a Program Associate at Exponent Energy, you’ll work closely with the Program Management team to drive execution across multiple business, operations, and product initiatives.
You’ll play a key supporting role in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects that help us deliver cutting-edge EV energy solutions at scale.

Responsibilities Support end-to-end program execution across product development, operations and business teams Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between internal teams and stakeholders Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking key deliverables to meet timelines and goals Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and support mitigation planning Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders Support change management and process improvement initiatives for smoother program delivery The ideal candidate requires 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a cross-functional leadership role.
