Overview:
As aProductConsultantfor Adobe Learning Manager,youwill play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our LMS solution– Adobe Learning Managerforour customers during onboarding.This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, andprovidingexpert guidance to clients to ensure their specific needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LMS implementation, project management, and client relationship management.
WhatYou’llDo:
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple LMS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time,andwithin scope.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management.
Conduct regular project status meetings with customersand internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
CustomerConsultation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during theonboardingphase, providing expert advice and support.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understandcustomerrequirements and tailor LMS solutions to meet their specific needs.
Translate complex technical information for customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the system.
Facilitatecustomertraining sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption andutilizationofLearning Manager.
Technical Expertise:
Implement configuration, customization, and integration ofAdobe Learning Managerwith othercustomersystems.
Help customers set up SSO, Out-of-the-box and API integrations.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams toprioritize and resolve any roadblocks to implementation.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create detailed implementation documentation, including project plans, configuration guides, and training materials.
Prepare regular project reports and presentations forcustomers and internal stakeholders.
Maintainaccuraterecords of all project activities, issues, and resolutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stayup-to-datewith the latest trends and best practices in LMS implementation and e-learning technologies.
Contribute to the development and improvement of implementation methodologies and processes.
Mentor and support junior implementation consultants, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
Whatyou’llneed to succeed:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of10years of experience in implementing Learning Management Systems or similarSAAS-basedsolutions.
Proventrack recordof managing and delivering complex projects successfully.
Strong technical background with experience in system integration, data migration, and configuration.
Skills:
Strong Technical skills in the areas of SSO, API and Integrations with SAAS Products
Flair for AI and experience in using Gen AI is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customerrelationships.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiencyin LMS platforms, e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM,xAPI), and related technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
