This role ensures strict adherence to production schedules, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership & Production Management • Supervise daily operations to consistently achieve output, quality, and eƯiciency targets. • Monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. • Handle and resolve real-time shop-floor issues, escalations, and process deviations to minimize downtime. 2. Quality, Safety, and Compliance • Enforce rigorous compliance with safety practices, 5S methodologies, and regulatory guidelines. • Collaborate with the Quality department to maintain high product standards and reduce scrap/rework. • Ensure the shop floor remains a safe, organized, and high-functioning environment. 3. Strategic Coordination & Reporting • Act as the central point of contact for Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics to ensure seamless material flow and equipment uptime. • Prepare and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports to senior leadership. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean) to optimize operational excellence. 4.
