Title              :       Production Supervisor (3rd Party Payroll)

Overview


This position is responsible for handling physical activities of raw material charging at Admixture, Mortars & Resin plant, maintaining good housekeeping and following EHS requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To carry out day-to-day production activities for producing admixtures, resin and Powder Products.
  • To carry out production activity in shifts (1st & 2nd Shift)
  • To maintain good standards of safety and ensure product quality, shop floor housekeeping and discipline at plant.
  • To ensure correct charging of Raw Materials to Mixer / Blenders are charged as per process order.
  • To ensure cleaning of filters on product line and cleaning of blenders as and when required.
  • To ensure unloading / Loading of Raw material/ Finished goods into the tank / tanker.
  • To cross checking printed labels to paste in the finished Goods.
  • To support EHS by Reporting Near misses / Hazard Hunts regularly to improve safety standards. To strictly follow the systems and procedure as per ISO 9001 and 14001

Main Tasks:


  • Raw material charging.
  • Collecting sample for QC testing.
  • Monitoring batch production and communicating with Production supervisor.
  • Working collaborative with other to achieve the production plan.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Education: Diploma or any Degree preferably worked in Chemical or any other similar industries.
  • Work Experience:  2 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.

Functional


  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Must have experience in Production process with computer knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication capability

Behavioural


  • Handling of contractual manpower
  • Must be well versed with Safety & Quality

Qualifications
