Epicor develops enterprise software for industries where reliability, accuracy, and operational efficiency are critical. As a Product QA Developer, you will play an important role in ensuring product quality through effective testing, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional with experience in software testing, automation, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will contribute to product quality initiatives, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts while working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Domain knowledge, particularly within the shipping and logistics industry, will be a strong advantage.

• Execute test cases and document outcomes to ensure product quality and release readiness.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and verify defect fixes.
• Create, maintain, execute, and analyze manual and automated test cases.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of automation scripts and testing frameworks.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing activities.
• Validate data and troubleshoot customer-reported issues using database queries and analysis.
• Participate in quality reviews and provide feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and support teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and documenting test results.
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL, including querying databases and validating data.
• Experience with test automation using Selenium, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality processes.
• Exposure to automation scripting and framework maintenance.
• Knowledge of Python, CI/CD pipelines, or AI-assisted testing practices is a plus.

• Experience in the shipping and logistics domain.
• Familiarity with carriers such as FedEx and related shipping workflows.
• Exposure to AI tools and their application within Quality Engineering.
• Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
• 2+ years of test automation experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
