Summary
Process Simulation Lead with advanced expertise in Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate, responsible for driving Robotic, assembly, and Human simulation across manufacturing programs. The role focuses on Virtual validation, process feasibility, optimization, and digital twin development, ensuring early detection of manufacturing risks before physical build. The position includes technical leadership, mentoring of simulation engineers, and close collaboration with design, automation, and controls teams in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Process Simulation activities using Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate across multiple programs and manufacturing domains.
Develop and validate robotic process simulations including welding, assembly, material handling, and automated operations.
Perform assembly process simulation, operation sequence validation, and part flow analysis.
Conduct human simulation and ergonomic analysis using industry standards such as EAWS, posture, reach, and accessibility studies.
Validate resource interactions, part flow, and process logic to ensure manufacturability and safety.
Execute collision detection, clearance analysis, and reachability checks for tools, robots, and human operations.
Perform cycle time analysis, line balancing, and throughput validation to support production targets.
Carry out what-if scenario analysis to evaluate alternate process concepts and optimization opportunities.
Support virtual validation and sign-off of manufacturing processes prior to physical implementation.
Contribute to manufacturing digital twin development and alignment with Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Ensure awareness and alignment with Virtual Commissioning workflows, including PLC-driven logic validation.
Mentor and technically review work of process simulation engineers, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
Define and implement simulation standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Coordinate closely with design engineering, automation, controls, and manufacturing teams.
Support pre-sales and business activities, including simulation scope definition, effort estimation, and customer presentations using simulation insights.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Process Simulate & Awareness of Virtual Commissioning workflows.
