Job description

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

As a Product Manager in JP Morgan Access Administration, you are an integral part of the team that enhances user experiences, innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

User Administration encompasses the setup, maintenance, and governance of all users within a client's organizational hierarchy. This includes defining and assigning entitlements and permissions that determine what actions each user can perform, managing account-level access to control visibility and transactional authority across the client's portfolio of accounts, and configuring limits and controls that enforce risk boundaries such as transaction thresholds, approval workflows, and segregation of duties. The domain sits at the intersection of security, compliance, and client experience. A well-designed administration experience empowers clients to confidently govern their organization's banking activity while minimizing friction, reducing risk exposure, and ensuring adherence to policies and controls.
