About The Role We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function.
You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business.
As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.
Key Responsibilities Roadmap & Backlog Management • Own and maintain the product backlog across multiple active workstreams — prioritising with the Director based on business impact and engineering capacity • Break down product initiatives into sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria and edge case documentation • Track delivery progress across parallel workstreams and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies before they cause delays • Keep the roadmap live and updated — reflecting shifting priorities, completed milestones, and newly identified work Discovery & Requirements • Run discovery sessions and user interviews with stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operations teams to gather and validate requirements • Map existing workflows, identify pain points, and document opportunities for automation or tooling improvements • Translate business requirements into clear, structured product specifications that engineers can build from • Validate requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders before work begins Delivery Coordination • Facilitate sprint ceremonies — planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives — keeping the team focused and the cadence consistent • Coordinate UAT schedules, test case reviews, and sign-off processes across business teams • Manage stakeholder communications across multiple teams — providing clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones • Help the team manage competing priorities — flagging when too many urgent items are competing for the same engineering bandwidth Product Analytics & Documentation • Define and track success metrics for internal products — adoption rates, usage patterns, and business impact measures • Analyse product usage data to identify patterns, drop-off points, and opportunities for improvement • Maintain clear documentation of product decisions, open questions, change logs, and feature specifications • Contribute to process improvement — spot inefficiencies in how the team operates and propose practical solutions Why Join Us?
