Key Responsibilities


  • Support planning and execution of assigned projects by defining objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items; proactively escalate concerns and support mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Ensure projects adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and deliver concise project status updates for leadership and stakeholder reviews
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into structured analysis or reporting needs.
  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports using BI tools.
  • Perform data validation, basic testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytics outputs.
  • Partner with senior analysts to support analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in educating stakeholders on interpretation and usage of reports and dashboards.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering


Experience


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations analytics, or similar roles.
  • Exposure to working in structured project or program environments.

Skills & Competencies


  • Foundational understanding of project management concepts (planning, tracking, risk management, documentation).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with data using tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Ability to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches.
  • Familiarity with operational, manufacturing, or process-driven environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrates logical, analytical thinking to solve moderately complex problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data and project updates clearly.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing alignment through facts and structured communication.
