Could you be the full-time Product Industrialization Lead in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu we’re looking for?



Your future role


  • Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
  • You'll define manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, considering industrial policies, standards, and project constraints. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Design Engineers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality), lead project industrial deliverables, and much more.
  • You’ll specifically take care of industrial documentation, such as industrial data sheets and Industrial Maturity Follow-Up (IMFU), but also support production to achieve manufacturing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.

We’ll look to you for:


  • Gathering industrial requirements and ensuring product design compliance
  • Designing macro-processes and introducing new technologies with validation plans
  • Developing specifications for industrial means and defining workstation layouts
  • Performing Process FMEA and validating prototypes
  • Supporting production post-serial Go and ensuring continuous improvement
  • Participating in R&D programs as an industrial representative

  • Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Experience: 8 to 13 years in process & manufacturing engineering role from railway motors manufacturing industry.
  • Technical expertise in process engineering, lean manufacturing, and line balancing
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
  • Knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
  • Proficiency in Process FMEA, QRQC, and industrial costing
  • Strong team management and leadership abilities
