You are passionate about learning new business or cutting edge products, driven by challenge and ready to push your analytical skills then we have right role for you in the Payments Commercial Card Product Control team.


As an Analyst within the Commercial Card Controller team, you will conduct robust financial analytics, manage the calculation and administration of client rebate payments for the Commercial Card organization. You will be playing an integral role in ensuring that rebates and referral payments are processed to our customers on timely basis. You will be responsible for partnering across the firm to provide controllership and advisory support to the business along with playing a pivotal role in simplification agenda of the group.


Job responsibilities 


  • Prepare & review rebates and referral calculation based on the client agreements within the stipulated timelines
  • Analyze and ensure the input data being used is complete and accurate
  • Perform variance analysis of payments made to the client on monthly basis
  • Partner with the Sales, legal, Operations, Account Management, Controls and Operations to remediate the issues and address the business request or questions
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure continued focus on process improvement and high control focused environment. 
  • Manage ad-hoc business requests and address them with sense of urgency.
  • Perform key control activities including database reconciliations and reviewing of rebate/report output. 


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
  • Strong analytical, eye for detail, problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong excel skills 
  • Working knowledge of new age solutions - Alteryx, tableau etc.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Eager to challenge current processes
