As a Product Associate in Consumer & community Banking Product Team,, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals 
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area


  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy


  • Experience with the Credit Card Lifecycle and Business Processes related to the same


  • Experience of Credit Card Interest, Fees, and US Credit Card Regulations


  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution at a detailed level


  • Clearly and succinctly organize concepts into an actionable path that delivers progress


  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written (able to effectively communicate/influence thru various levels in the organization)


  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and  making decisions with ambiguous information


  • Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques


  • Hands on Experience of Functional Design Documentation including Business Use Cases, FSD’s,BRD’s or Business Requirements formulation


  • Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders




Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in product management focused on technology products is an advantage
