About the Role We're seeking a Product Analyst to join our India-based team supporting US operations.
This is a research and analysis-focused role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, healthcare knowledge, and expertise in compliance and regulatory research.
You'll conduct in depth healthcare research, analyze market trends, and investigate compliance landscapes to generate insights that inform product strategy and operations.

Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth healthcare and compliance research to understand regulatory landscape, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Analyze healthcare data, operational metrics, and market information to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build reports and visualizations to synthesize research findings and communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Research compliance requirements, healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and industry best practices relevant to mental health care delivery.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer research to inform strategic decision-making.
• Synthesize complex healthcare information into clear briefs, white papers, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Support cross-functional teams with data analysis, research support, and evidence-based insights for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications • 2 - 5 years of experience in research, product, consulting, or strategy.
• Proven ability to conduct research, analyze complex data, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools for research and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple research projects with rigor and accuracy.
