What would you do? Support procurement and sourcing initiatives that help organizations optimize spend, achieve cost savings, and improve supplier value. Manage agile sourcing activities, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Support project requirements through responsive and adaptable sourcing practices while maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. Develop and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including understanding sourcing requirements, evaluating supplier responses, and analyzing results. Collect and assess quantitative and qualitative information to support supplier screening, selection, and sourcing decisions.
Agile Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.

Passion for continuous learning and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills, including: Numerical analysis using spreadsheets and data tools
Contract and document review
Converting data and findings into actionable recommendations Knowledge of procurement tools such as: SAP SD/MM
