Proven track record in end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions for internal and external stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities: Sourcing management: • Define business needs with stakeholders by establishing requirements and success criteria, developing sourcing strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying potential suppliers, and evaluating them based on cost, quality, reliability, and sustainability. • RFx Management: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, analyse responses, compare offers, and recommend the best option. • Negotiation: Working with suppliers to agree on favorable terms for both parties create value. • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks while ensuring all services are under valid contracts throughout the service period. Align to approved buying channel, Policies & process • Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluating suppliers’ performance to ensure they meet the agreed standards and expectations. Contract management: • Contract Creation: Draft clear contracts that define terms, expectations, and performance metrics, including SLAs, in collaboration with Legal. • Negotiation: Negotiate terms that support organizational goals and maximize overall value. • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with contract terms and update agreements as scope, pricing, or other conditions change. Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and Accenture policies, with support from the Procurement Plus Risk team • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contract risks while ensuring compliance with local laws and Accenture policies. • Contract Management: Assess supplier performance against contract requirements to ensure agreed standards are met. Review category KPIs, including approved buying channel, contract compliance, savings targets, and documentation storage, and take appropriate action. • Documentation and Archiving: Maintain local country addenda for global, regional, and local agreements, keep complete contract records for reference and compliance, and manage contract signature execution by both parties. Deploy & adhere to the global procurement process: • Harmonize global category strategy with local business priorities and operational processes. • When applicable, support the development of global end-to-end procurement process, templates, and tools. • Supplier & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term collaboration. • Data Review and Market Insights: Analyse data and apply market and industry knowledge to support sourcing decisions.
