The opportunity
Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including: Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions. Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems. Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
How you’ll make an impact
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (CNC turning or multi-axis machines)
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
Load and edit CNC programs (G-code / M-code) as required
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments
Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per requirements
Monitor machine performance and adjust to improve cycle time and quality
Conduct routine maintenance and ensure proper machine care
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Maintain production records and machine logs
Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, Lean, Kaizen)
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for process optimization.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Diploma / BE / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Machining, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in CNC machining (Turning/Milling)
Strong understanding of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens or similar)
Experience in Epoxy casting Industry will be an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols
Experience with precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, CMM basics)
