The Process Executive – Non Voice will be responsible for supporting operational activities related to financial processes, particularly in the areas of loan servicing, lending operations, and commercial banking support. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage data-driven tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle complex information, and contribute to maintaining operational accuracy and quality standards while collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams.
Execute non-voice back-office processes related to loan servicing, lending operations, and financial transactions.
Review and process financial data, documentation, and transaction records with high accuracy.
Ensure all operational procedures and compliance standards are strictly followed.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for processed transactions and outputs.
Identify discrepancies, process gaps, and operational risks and escalate them appropriately.
Monitor team performance and ensure quality benchmarks and operational efficiency are maintained.
Conduct regular quality checks on processed transactions and documentation.
Support training initiatives and contribute to the development of process knowledge within the team.
Assist in improving operational processes and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams such as loan officers, operations teams, and treasury management teams.
Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support relationship management with internal business units and assist in resolving operational queries.
Prepare reports, analyze financial data, and support business decision-making through data insights.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and related tools for reporting, tracking, and process analysis.
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation, operational records, and reporting dashboards.
Participate in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization.
Assist in policy implementation, operational guidelines, and resource planning activities.
Ensure adherence to defined standards and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in back-office operations, financial services, or BPO processes are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good understanding of Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, Mortgage Processes, or Banking Operations (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong coordination and communication skills for internal collaboration.
Capability to handle complex operational scenarios and make sound judgments.
Comfortable working in night shifts / 24Ã7 operational environment.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced process-driven work environments.
Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
