Define the industrial validation plan for your process
Carry out product and process data analysis activities
Define and validate technical documentation
Ensure the management and traceability of developments in the technical elements of its responsibility
Lead the capitalization of knowledge around the process in its technical field
Challenge and follow the KPI (FTY, OTD, HR, PI) for the department
Ensure process reliability and stability.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Continuously improve production processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Experience in Machine Shop or Special Processes
Problem solving, Communication & Team working
Ensure conformity through PPAP and quality control.
Mastery of plan reading and tolerancing
Experience in process development and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
Understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
