Job description

About the Role

Future Pipe Industries is looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to join our Bids, Proposals & Costing team in Dubai. You will perform operational tasks across Finance & Accounting — covering Record to Report, Financial Reporting, and Variance and Cost Analysis — working within defined SOPs to consistently meet quality, productivity, and turnaround targets. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow within a leading global industrial organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines to meet defined SLAs across volume, turnaround time, quality, and customer experience
  • Monitor and measure own performance against targets, identifying gaps and taking corrective action proactively
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of effective solutions
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of FPI's business domain to deliver work to the expected standard
  • Uphold quality standards consistently, evaluating own output before submission with a strong eye for detail
  • Prepare and present documents and reports clearly and in line with FPI Group standards
  • Collaborate effectively within the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve shared objectives
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner, remaining sensitive to cultural diversity and varying business needs
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced shared services environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in a shared services environment for a global company
  • Experience in Financial/KPO/BPO operations is preferred
  • Exposure to F&A processes — specifically Record to Report, Financial Reporting, and Variance and Cost Analysis — is an advantage
