  • Build and deploy applications using Kubernetes and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Drive engineering best practices through architecture reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and secure software development.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, observability, and production reliability.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Enterprise Architects, DevOps, and global engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance software development, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Hands-on experience building cloud-native enterprise applications using AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and scalable application design.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Redis.
  • Experience with messaging platforms including Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of application security including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and secure coding practices.

  • 12–15+ years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on development experience.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud or SaaS applications.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership with experience mentoring engineering teams and driving architectural decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, AI-assisted software engineering, and engineering excellence.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation.
  • Familiarity with performance engineering, JVM tuning, and large-scale production environments.
