An Ideal Candidate:



Education: A degree or Higher Vocational Diploma in Technical, Commercial Sciences or related fields.



Experience:1-3 years of experience, preferably in pricing, cost management, customer support, or service-related roles




Technical & Functional Skills:



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



Proficiency in SAP systems and advanced MS Excel



Solid understanding of customer pricing, cost structures, and transfer pricing concepts



Proficiency in SAP systems and advanced MS Excel



Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts (preferred).



Experience in pricing automation or process improvements using Excel, Power Apps, or similar tools is an added advantage






Key Competencies:




  • Collaborate with factories and internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain up-to-date component pricing information in a dynamic database.
  • Update and maintain pricing in sales tools in line with elevator product releases, configurations, and cost management requirements.
  • Prepare and generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and transparent customer pricing by understanding and applying transfer pricing principles and cost structures.
  • Create SAP-based reports to assist in resolving customer and pricing-related inquiries
  • Provide effective pricing support and resolution of pricing issues in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Understand and apply technical concepts, when necessary, with the ability to interpret technical details to solve customer issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Factory, and Sales/Frontline teams to meet defined timelines and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements in pricing workflows.
