The Pricing Analyst supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing operations by producing, managing, and distributing accurate pricing information across systems and customer channels. The role ensures effective execution of pricing actions, supports analytical initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in pricing processes to achieve business and financial objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain accurate pricing data in order management and rebate systems, including account setup, validation, and data integrity checks.
  • Execute day-to-day pricing and repricing activities in a timely, compliant, and accurate manner aligned with business timelines.
  • Support Annual and Mid-Year Pricing Actions in line with cost structures, margin targets, and regional pricing strategies.
  • Participate in and implement price adjustments; provide pricing recommendations for product variants based on analysis.
  • Monitor pricing execution and price realization to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct periodic pricing audits and analysis to identify discrepancies, strengthen controls, and improve governance.
  • Develop, maintain, and update pricing SOPs and documentation to reflect current systems, processes, and policies.
  • Analyze pricing trends and market data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and internal pricing systems to generate actionable insights.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to improve pricing effectiveness, service delivery, and data accuracy.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive pricing and business information.
