Job Title: Engineer / Junior Engineer – Pre & Post Tensioning (PT)


Qualification:


  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:


  • Minimum 1 project experience in Pre/Post-Tensioning works

Job Responsibilities:


  • Execute and supervise pre-stressing and post-stressing operations
  • Carry out strand threading, profiling, and gluing activities as per approved procedures
  • Perform and monitor grouting operations ensuring quality and completeness
  • Handle installation and inspection of anchor cones, wedges, and PT accessories
  • Operate and maintain stressing jacks and hydraulic systems
  • Ensure compliance with approved method statements and quality standards
  • Coordinate with site and planning teams for smooth PT execution
  • Monitor and control material usage, productivity, and cycle time
  • Maintain records of stressing data, elongation reports, and grouting logs
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety practices during stressing operations

Key Skills Required:


  • Hands-on experience in PT operations (pre & post tensioning)
  • Knowledge of profiling, threading, and stressing sequences
  • Familiarity with wedges, anchor cones, and PT systems
  • Working knowledge of stressing jacks and hydraulic equipment
  • Understanding of quality control and safety requirements in PT works

Role Expectation:


  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of PT activities at site
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient completion of stressing and grouting operations
