What would you do? The PPSM Senior Analyst team member is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of work streams assigned. This role plays a key part in maintaining alignment with PMO governance, managing staffing needs, supporting financial forecasting and reporting, and ensuring consistent operational standards across the hub.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Maintain oversight of assigned work streams within the delivery hub, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and governance. • Manage financial forecasting and reporting in partnership with the finance PMO lead. • Oversee staffing needs, including managing employee departures and coordinating staffing across various work streams. • Support the opening of new roles and collaborate with work stream leads to fulfill staffing requirements. • Forecast time off, holiday coverage, and associated financial implications on a monthly basis. • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business review reports. • Ensure consistent use of standard templates and processes across all work streams. • Address delivery center-specific reporting needs and coordinate with HR on escalations or employee-related concerns.
