Work Responsibilities As a PMO / Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving program-level execution tracking across the organization.
This position focuses on scaling execution hygiene, improving visibility, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, business, HR, corporate, and other teams, ensuring seamless coordination, structured tracking, and timely delivery against organizational priorities and OKRs.

We work from office for 2 days/week and work from home 3 days/week To build a strong & highly-engaged organization in India, we highly encourage everyone to work from our Bangalore office, especially during the initial office setup phase We will continue to review and update the policy to address future organizational needs) Work Hours Full flextime (no core time) *Flexible to choose working hours other than team common meetings Required Experience Empathy for Mercari’s mission and values 3-7 years of experience as a PMO or Program Manager in a technology product company Proven experience working with both engineering (tech) and non-tech teams Strong experience in program tracking, execution management, and stakeholder coordination Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar Business-level proficiency in English Preferred Experience Experience in scaling program management practices in a growing organization Exposure to global or cross-cultural team environments Experience in OKR/KR tracking and execution frameworks Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and execution tracking Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, etc.
