Role Description
The role incumbent, as an individual contributor assigned to a specific geography, is responsibletoplan,commissionandmonitoractivities to ensure the successful completion of assigned primary market research projects. He/she/They have to be the bridge across all projectEWand suppliers, manage project schedule, ensure delivery while monitoring financial parameters.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the Client domain, the product (Kantar viz. cross-media, Brand, Creative etc.), the project and the job-specs
Understand end-to-end project life cycle
Ensure delivery of a complete project to the geography frominceptionto completion.with minimal guidance
Proactively list all the relevant internal and external information that will berequiredfor the project design/setup and alert local account team to these needs
Source quotes from external suppliers,whereappropriate,always ensuring that the best cost and timinghasbeen given and work with the client service team for all necessary approvals
Commission all internal and external stakeholders
Produce the project plan and relevant timelines. Ensure that all stakeholders have access/are notified of timelines
Co-ordinate with Kantar Profiles teams forFieldwork management
Coordinate withtheproductionteamsand clients(CS/in-market teamfor seamless project execution
Execute project plans to ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery of outcomes in alignment with the agreed design, timeline, and budget
Accountable for quality control throughout the entire project, from inputs to deliverables(in questionnaires, scripts,)code frames, ,meeting specifications
Responsiblefor script checking, including translated scripts, before sharing with the client
Independently manage client communication.Establish a primary point of contact with stakeholders and nurture relationships
Proactively foster stronger relationships between Client Service, local teams, and technical teams
Lead orparticipatein kick-off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls, and consistently provide project status updates, address queries, and offer support and guidance to all relevant teams
Log and document allfeedback,accurately by the set deadline, adhering to process protocols and conventions.
Monitor and ensure adherence toproject scope as per SoW
Inform all stakeholdersof project statusespecially with respect to scope,timeand cost(estimated vs actual),alongwith progress
Troubleshoot and resolve queries from various stakeholders while supporting Project lead for root cause analysis (RCA) and action steps.
Deliver to defined performance metrics and competencies
Comply withdefined processes and guidelines as per ISO manual
Interact withStakeholders acrossfunctions within the cluster / country team
Adhereto defined work practices viz. Time Sheets, work status, responsiveness to queries, escalation to line manager
Successful completion & certification on internal skill level trainings;SUP IntermediateTopics within specifiedtimelines
Any other task as provided by the Manager or the organization at any time.
