Job Summary:
The Project Management Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall project management activities within the organization. This role involves leading a team of project management professionals, developing and implementing project management procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Project Management Supervisor conducts regular audits, reviews project data, and collaborates with other departments to address project issues and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, providing training and development opportunities for staff, and reporting on project performance to senior management. • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
