    • Rate analysis of major BOQ items.
    • Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects monthly by using Build Smart .
    • Quantity Estimation.
    • Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly.
    • Continuous Tracking of R.A Bill status of all projects.
    • Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of all projects.
    • Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly of all projects.
    • Preparation of Direct cost per running meter of each rock class of Tunnel.
