Your responsibilities
  • Study (manual / 2D tool) and preparation of Overall plot plan, Unit Plot Plan.
  • Preparation Piping load data & Civil information for plant buildings, Pipe rack, platform & support structures etc.
  • Review & checking of Civil drawings.
  • Checking, review of Equipment (Static / Machinery) vendor / package information.
  • Preparation of Line list, Interconnecting P&ID.
  • Utilization, review of Pipes & Support specs, Special supports etc.
  • Isometric checking.
  • Preparation, review of equipment nozzle orientation.
  • Preparation, checking of Piping GA.
  • Preparation, Review of MTO.
  • Co-ordination with stress, HSE & other disciplines.
  • Awareness of operating 3D tool (like E3D) will be an added advantage.



Your profile
  • Completed university studies as a graduate engineer or comparable master's degree (preferably Chemical / Mechanical)
  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the Piping & Layout areas of responsibility, ideally in the field of chemical plant engineering, construction and commissioning in following areas would be preferred. Caustic Soda, Chlorine Dioxide, Sodium Chlorate & Green Hydrogen.
  • Knowledge of codes like ASME, ANSI, ASTM & API etc.
  • Experience on following will be an added advantage,
  • Knowledge of DIN standards, FRP, FRP lined piping.
  • piping specification (especially FRP material)
  • Working in brown & green field engineering in Chlor-Alkali plants.
  • Working on Electrolyzer technology projects, execution through a reputed engineering company.
  • Having experience in E3D, AutoCAD etc. Experienced handling of basic engineering tools and data bank applications.

Good English language skills and communication, influencing and presentation skills.
