Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Alstom’s products during the Product Introduction (PI) period. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as reliability, quality, and project engineering teams), provide technical support to technicians, and ensure product configuration control, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, but also contribute to reliability growth and field modifications.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting technical activities during the PI period, including commissioning and warranty phases
Diagnosing and addressing malfunctions and recommending preventative actions
Defining troubleshooting methodologies and providing technical guidance
Driving failure investigations and implementing reliability forecasts
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of failure data for RAMS exploitation
Facilitating information flow across internal and external stakeholders
Applying Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements on-site
Contributing to technical reviews and Return of Experience (REX) reporting

Graduate degree in Engineering or Industrial fields
Experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
Knowledge of railway safety and RAM principles
Exposure to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices

Proficiency in English
