Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful introduction, troubleshooting, and optimization of Alstom products during the Product Introduction (PI) phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the PI support team, quality teams, project engineering, and maintenance teams), provide technical guidance to technicians in troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive reliability growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
You’ll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as supporting field modifications, but also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting technical activities during the PI period, including commissioning, warranty, and validation phases
Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions and recommending preventive actions
Providing technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and repairs
Driving containment actions to prevent recurrence of failures
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow
Facilitating technical reviews and contributing to Return of Experience (REX) reporting

Degree in Engineering or Industrial fields
Experience or understanding of mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
Knowledge of railway safety and RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability)
Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations
A strong foundation in data analytics
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Exposure to product knowledge and quality assurance processes
