Overview Planning and implementing strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives. • Developing and executing business plans that align with the OOH Units objectives & Vision • Analysing market trends and to identify growth opportunities in South Region • Building strong relationships with clients and Internal Stake holders • Monitoring revenue Targets & ensuring targets are met • 10-15 years of OOH experience • At least 3-5 years in senior role of Business Development / leading Regions • Track Record of Developing New Business in OOH • Team management • Deep OOH Market Knowledge across Regions & Media Owner Relationships • Soft Skills o Presentation & Strategy Skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities o Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills o Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
