Overview The Digital Buying - Group Head will be responsible for end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, vendor coordination, and performance tracking across platforms like Google, Meta, and programmatic ecosystems. Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Ad Servers (GAM) Media Buying & Trafficking: Handle IO creation, deal setup (PMP/PG), creatives trafficking, and ensure timely campaign launches Optimization & Performance: Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Viewability, VTR) Vendor & Publisher Management: Coordinate with publishers and partners for inventory, pricing, and campaign delivery Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily/weekly reports, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights Billing & Reconciliation: Support financial tracking, billing validation, and discrepancy resolution Ad Operations & Compliance: Ensure brand safety, tagging (pixels, floodlights), and campaign QA checks Qualifications Hands-on experience in DV360 / Google Ads / Meta Ads / Programmatic buying Understanding of media metrics, attribution, and funnel performance Strong analytical skills (Excel; Power BI/SQL is a plus) Knowledge of ad serving, tracking, and tagging (GTM, Floodlights) Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight timelines Additional information 5-7 years of Experience Experience in agency setup or media buying role Exposure to ecommerce, BFSI, or performance-driven campaigns
