In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing campaigns to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
The role requires hands-on experience with large advertising budgets, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
You will work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure seamless funnel optimization.
From keyword research and audience targeting to performance tracking and reporting, you will play a critical role in scaling digital growth and improving marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CVR, and ROAS Run A/B tests and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages Manage and scale high-budget campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI Implement advanced retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and dashboards Collaborate with creative teams for asset development and with product/sales teams for funnel optimization Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations Continuously track market trends and optimize campaigns accordingly What Makes You a Great Fit 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Proven track record of delivering high ROAS and scaling lead generation campaigns Experience managing large advertising budgets and optimizing spend efficiency Deep understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, CPL, CVR, LTV, and CAC Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Strong data analysis skills with Excel or similar tools Ability to run experiments, interpret results, and implement improvements Good understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an added advantage Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
